Promotions Terms and Conditions – Foreign Currency Exchange Services

These Promotions Terms and Conditions apply to all campaigns and promotional discounts and vouchers issued by WeXchange Pty Ltd (WeXchange) ACN 155 326 846. These Promotions Terms and Conditions are in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions found at www.wexchange.com.au/terms-and-conditions/.

 

2. BIRTHDAY VOUCHERS

Birthday Vouchers are issued via email to WeXchange’s email marketing subscribers from November 19th 2019.

The Birthday Voucher value is in AUD and cannot be redeemed for AUD cash. Valid for 12 months from the issue date.

2.1 Eligibility

WeXchange’s email marketing Subscribers are eligible to receive one Birthday Voucher on the day of their birthday. Only customers who subscribe a minimum of one day prior to their birthday are eligible to receive the Birthday Voucher. The Birthday Voucher may only be redeemed by recipient of the email at WeXchange’s discretion.

2.2 Usage

Each Birthday Voucher is valid for one-time use. May not be used in conjunction with any other promotional discount or voucher. The Birthday Voucher must be presented in-store prior to the transaction, or applied online during the online ordering process for the discount to apply. The Birthday Voucher cannot be applied retrospectively to already completed transactions. WeXchange is not responsible for providing previously issued Birthday Voucher codes in the case that it is forgotten, lost or stolen.

2.3 Cancellation

WeXchange reserves the right to void any Birthday Vouchers which WeXchange deems the usage to be contrary to the purpose of the Birthday Vouchers promotion.

WeXchange reserves the right to change or cancel the Birthday Voucher program at any time without notice.

 

3. CHRISTMAS CAMPAIGN PROMOTION CODE 2019

As a part of the Christmas Campaign 2019, the promotion code XMAS2019 is being promoted via online platforms from 26th Nov. 2019. The promotion code provides a discount based on the purchase amount, and is valid until the 24th Dec. 2019.

3.1 Eligibility & Usage

All customers are eligible to use the promotion code, provided that promotion code is mentioned or presented in-store prior to the transaction, or applied online during the online ordering process for the discount to apply. The Christmas Campaign promotion code is not advertised in-store, and only customers who mention or present the promotion code in-store or apply it during the online process are eligible to receive the discount. The promotion code discount cannot be applied retrospectively to already completed transactions.Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

 

4. CHINESE NEW YEAR PROMOTION 2020

As a part of the Chinese New Year Campaign 2020, the promotion code CNY2020 is being promoted via email marketing, selected websites and social media from 20th Jan. 2020. The promotion code provides a discount based on the purchase amount. The promotion code discount is valid until the 10 Feb. 2020.

4.1 Eligibility & Usage

All customers are eligible to use the promotion code, provided that promotion code is mentioned or presented in-store prior to the transaction, or applied online during the online ordering process for the discount to apply. The Chinese New Year Promotion code is not advertised in-store, and only customers who mention or present the promotion code in-store or apply it during the online process are eligible to receive the discount. The promotion code discount cannot be applied retrospectively to already completed transactions or online orders which have already been placed. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

 

5. CHERRY BLOSSOM PROMOTION 2020

As a part of the Cherry Blossom Campaign 2020, the promotion code BLOSSOM2020 is being promoted via the Wexchange website, other selected websites and social media from 9th Mar. 2020. The promotion code provides an $8 discount on transactions above the value of $500AUD. The promotion code discount is valid until the 30 Apr. 2020.

5.1 Eligibility & Usage

All customers are eligible to use the promotion code, provided that promotion code is mentioned or presented in-store prior to the transaction, or applied online during the online ordering process for the discount to apply. The Cherry Blossom campaign promotion code is not advertised in-store, and only customers who mention or present the promotion code in-store or apply it during the online process are eligible to receive the discount. The promotion code discount cannot be applied retrospectively to already completed transactions or online orders which have already been placed. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
