Each ‘best in market’ rate is guaranteed for one day only, for the currency and calendar day appearing in our online promotional material and is valid in-store during store opening hours and online from 8 am to 6 pm.
We guarantee our in-store rate to be the best retail rate in the market for the specified currency and day and our online rate to be even better.
In the unlikely event of a customer finding a better rate elsewhere, we will match the rate on a like-for-like basis.
A ‘like-for-like’ rate is one that relates to the same product, currency, transaction date, transaction value and transaction venue (i.e.: in-store rate versus in-store rate or online rate versus online rate). In-store price matching will apply to a rate advertised within the same postcode as any of our WeXchange retail stores and to foreign currency in stock on your date of purchase. WeXchange reserves the right to request proof of a competitor’s rate in order to match the rate.
We do not match our online rates in-store. However, we will help the customer place an online order in-store if they wish to take advantage of the online rate (online order terms & conditions apply).
This offer is valid from 1st December to 20th December (excluding weekends).
